  • Estimated Duration: Outage will be for 45 minutes to 1 hour within the time window.
 

What does this mean for you?

During the outage, you’ll not be able to use your Desk365 helpdesk or access any of its features. Please note that emails that are coming in during that time will be queued and they’ll still be available when you access your helpdesk after the outage period.
